Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring profitability, maintaining compliance, and providing leadership to the branch team. The role involves managing customer relationships, supervising daily transactions, driving business growth, and achieving sales and collection targets while upholding service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise overall branch operations, including sales, customer service, collections, and administration.
- Achieve business targets related to deposits, loans, and revenue growth.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the branch staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, local clients, and business partners.
- Ensure proper verification, documentation, and disbursement of loans as per company policy.
- Monitor collections and minimize non-performing assets (NPAs).
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements.
- Review daily and monthly reports on business performance, expenses, and collections.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Represent the branch in community and business development activities.
Required Skills:

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Finance.
- MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Management / Finance preferred.
Experience:
- 4–7 years of experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
