Job Summary:
The Teacher is responsible for delivering effective and engaging classroom instruction, fostering intellectual and social development among students, and ensuring academic excellence. The role includes lesson planning, student assessment, and maintaining a positive learning environment that supports holistic education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver clear, structured, and interactive lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials that cater to the varied learning needs of students.
- Assess and evaluate students’ academic progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and classroom order while encouraging student participation.
- Use modern teaching aids, digital tools, and innovative methods to enhance learning outcomes.
- Provide individual attention and support to students who need extra help.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school management for academic improvement.
- Participate in training programs, school events, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate student records, performance reports, and progress documentation.

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the relevant subject area.
- Additional certifications in teaching or digital learning preferred.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of teaching experience in a school or educational institution (freshers with training may also apply).
