Job Summary:
The Software Developer is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications that meet organizational and user requirements. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing efficient code, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Participate in software testing, debugging, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Modify existing software to correct errors or improve performance.
- Maintain technical documentation, version control, and deployment pipelines.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.
- Support system integration, database management, and backend operations.
- Ensure data security, performance optimization, and scalability in all projects.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or PHP.
- Experience with frameworks like React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, Django, or similar.
- Knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and version control systems (Git, GitHub).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, Azure) preferred.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in software development or related IT roles (freshers with strong coding skills may also apply).
